Salam Alaikum Parents/Guardians,
As we prepare to welcome our students back after the holidays on Wednesday, 27th August, we wish to reassure you that we remain fully committed to providing the best education for our students in a safe and secure environment.
To ensure a smooth reopening, we kindly ask our school community to note the following arrangements:
1. Car Parking
No car parking will be permitted on the ICCI campus.
Cars dropping off children must not stop on the main road. Please park legally and appropriately, and walk children to the pedestrian gate.
2. School Access for Students & Staff
Entry will be via the small pedestrian gate nearest to the school.
The gate will be open from 8:30 am, with School Management present to welcome students.
Children will proceed to the schoolyard for free play before school starts at 9:00 am.
A staggered arrival between 8:30 am and 9:00 am is encouraged for a smoother transition.
3. School Bus Drop-Off
School buses will not enter the ICCI grounds.
Children will be dropped off at a designated bus stop near the pedestrian gate.
Staff will assist students from the bus to the school gate.
4. Late Arrivals & Parent/Visitor Access
The pedestrian gate will be locked after 9:00 am.
Parents/visitors with scheduled appointments must call the school office at 01-2961340 upon arrival.
A staff member (and, where necessary, ICCI security) will escort visitors to the school office/hall.
5. Junior & Senior Infant Collection (1:50 pm)
Parents must collect infants promptly at the pedestrian gate.
6. Afternoon Dismissal (2:50 pm)
Bus children will be organised into groups and supervised onto buses.
Walkers and parent collections will be brought to the pedestrian gate area at 2.50.
Punctuality is essential for a smooth dismissal.
