The final day was marked with a touching tribute by 6th Class- the planting of an olive tree at the entrance of the newly designed Kids’ Corner. The honour of planting it went to one of our school’s beloved matriarch, Ms. Nawal, who retires this year after an incredible dedicated 35 years.A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Filip "Mahdi" Kejmar, our devoted gardener, for overseeing this project. To the Parent's Association, Ms Ciara Burns and Mr Peter Waters for bringing this vision to life. Finally a grateful thank you to our principal Mr John McDonnell for continuing to take our school to new heights, to our deputy principal and to Mr Sean Mc Carthy who retires this year after 29 devoted years of ensuring every child is a master of words and maths. To Mrs Asiyah Al-Tawash, the other matriarch of our school and the Board of Management for always putting us children first. Finally to the staff of MNS who made our 8 years of primary school an experience that has shaped us for our future lives. Here’s to roots that run deep, and branches that keep growing!
